With more than fifteen years’ experience in the association management industry, Rachel Brooke serves as the Executive Director for the BCCA. She has managed the daily operations of more than a dozen professional organizations, including those on the local, national, and international levels. Her experience includes meeting planning, marketing, staff and board management, budget and operations, and strategic planning. Rachel is a Certified Association Executive and Certified Meeting Professional and has a B.S. and an M.B.A. from the Warrington College of Business at the University of Florida.
