Kaylee Dougherty received her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Sculpture from Boston University in 2011. She completed her clinical training in ocularistry and anaplastology under Ottie Thomas-Smith, BCO, CCA at Boston Ocular Prosthetics, Inc in 2018. She is currently the owner and president at Boston Ocular, where she and Ms. Thomas-Smith provide prosthetic services to patients in their Maine and Massachusetts locations.
Kaylee also recently served on the content advisory committee for the Design Museum Foundation’s exhibition Bespoke Bodies: The Design & Craft of Prosthetics.
